The Dinosaur Trust was set up by Jamie and Julia Strachan, parents to Archie, who was diagnosed at the age of two with Pulmonary artery hypertension.

The charity supports adults and children with PAT and their families and networks with medical experts to ensure data is shared around the world. In addition, funding raised has enabled invaluable research into finding a cure.

The first fundraising event, an auction, was supported by family, friends, friends of friends and businesses and included a drawing of a dinosaur by Archie -the inspiration for the name of the charity. Archie produces a dinosaur drawing at each auction and this is always the highlight!

The donations have grown over the years and we are delighted to be donating a 60 year old Quercus palustris (Pin Oak) Tree for the 2019 auction being held on 15th June 2019.

We are looking forwards to hearing where the below  14m tall tree tree will find its new home and look forward to seeing the fiery red leaves on this beautiful tree come Autumn!
